Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review this data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
We use limited visitor data to operate the service, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual visitors.
Outside Websites and Services
Links lead to Casselberry, Seminole County, and Florida records portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted on those sites is controlled by their policies. This includes sponsored results supplied by a third-party company.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process.
Safeguarding Visitor Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because visitors create no accounts, the site holds no visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction. Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, sections 501.701 through 501.722, Florida Statutes, applies to businesses meeting its statutory definitions and thresholds. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Casselberry, Seminole County, or Florida agencies remain under the control of those custodians, so correction, exemption, or removal requests must go to the office holding the record.
Changes to This Policy
Revisions will appear on this page. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
